چکیده
Spring viremia of carp virus (SVCV) ia a sprivivirus and member the genus Sprivivirus within family Rhabdoviridae . The is etiological agent spring carp, disease cyprinid species including koi Cyprinus carpio L. notifiable to World Organisation for Animal Health. goal this study was explore hypotheses regarding inter-genogroup (Ia Id) SVCV infection dynamics in juvenile contemporaneously create new reverse-transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) assays validate their analytical sensitivity, specificity (ASp) repeatability diagnostic detection SVCV. RT-qPCR tests targeting nucleoprotein (Q2N) or glycoprotein (Q1G) nucleotides were pan-specific isolates typed genogroups Ia Id. Q2N test had broader ASp than Q1G because did not detect isolate 20120450 displayed occasional pike fry V76. Neither cross-reacted with other rhabdoviruses, infectious pancreatic necrosis co-localizing herpesvirus 3. Both sensitive observed 50% limits 3 plasmid copies high repeatability. Test analysis immersed showed that could be detected at least 167 d following exposure titer, prevalence, replicative rate persistence correlated significantly virulence. In context, virulence more prevalent, reached higher titers quicker persisted longer periods time relative moderate low isolates.

Detection of Koi Herpesvirus in Koi Cyprinus carpio in Taiwan
Mass mortality occurred in 2-year-old koi (fancy carp)Cyprinus carpio in Taiwan in 2002. Affected fish did not show any external signs except swollen gills. The consistent histological changes were observed in the gills; hyperplasia of epithelial cells, infiltration of eosinophilic granular cells and fusion of the secondary lamellae. Nega tively stained nucleocapsids were icosahedral and 112±1 ...
متن کاملImmune Response to Koi Herpesvirus (KHV) of Koi and Koi × Red Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio)
Koi herpesvirus (KHV), also known as Cyprinid herpes virus 3 (Cyprinid 3) is lethal disease in common carp and koi (Cyprinus carpio). Two different groups (KK and RK) were infected KHV by intraperitoneal injection. Fish for gene expression analysis were sampled at 0 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h post infection (p.i). The results showed that two immune related gene, Interferons (INFs) ɑβ and Inte...
متن کاملRisk factors for development of internal neoplasms in koi carp Cyprinus carpio koi.
Fish, like mammals, can be affected by neoplastic proliferations. As yet, there are only a very small number of studies reporting on the occurrence of tumours in koi carp Cyprinus carpio koi and only sporadic reports on the nature of the tumours or on risk factors associated with their development. Between 2008 and 2012, koi with abdominal swelling were examined pathologically: neoplastic lesio...

متن کاملIdentification of spring viraemia of carp virus (SVCV) by combined RT-PCR and nested PCR.
A combination of single-tube reverse transcription (RT)-PCR and nested PCR was used to identify spring viraemia of carp rhabdovirus (SVCV) in infected cell cultures and fish tissues. Two pairs of specific primers (external and internal) were selected from the glycoprotein gene sequence. A specific product of 470 bp was amplified from RNA derived from 34 SVCV isolates including the reference str...
